A portrait face is probably the most challenging item to create as a DIY design. The nuances of human skin and every person’s expression are so minute and sensitive to error. Unlike machine generated fully automated converted designs to forehead holes with rigid and very unnatural color boxed out areas such as fully automated machine converted designs from your AI program, after our AI program has matched up your photo to the Pantone color chart, then a very skilled and trained ZOOYA professional designer will manually do a secondary color correction. Each area and every facial contour and feature is manually optimized for the best and softest place for each of your designed holes to be drilled out, to best bring out the most natural color transitions and highest quality natural facial look.
Z-Code Stress Free Crafting – We have developed a special “Z-Code” encoding system to make your crafting process entirely stress free. The complex shading around hair, eyes and clothing is represented in a large letter and number grid, which is easy to read. Our “Z-Code” grid is printed on high quality canvas with a very high print resolution of 1440dpi by using the original Japanese EPSON UV printers. The canvas is then covered with a special, odorless, eco-friendly German glue in a thickness of 0.08mm. This canvas is then used to apply the rhinestones which will be locked in place permanently.
Our Portrait Display Kits include the portraits displayed with 100% full drill coverage with high quality resin diamonds for a long lasting brilliant finish with great color and luster compared to the lower cost acrylic diamonds found in other portrait display products. We have two diamond types for your display including Square Diamond for a tight diamond mosaic finish and Round Diamonds for an extremely high sparkle finish with little effort. Adding an Aurora Borealis (AB) or Fairy Dust finish to your portrait will add a high-refraction brilliance to the eyes, jewelry and or background highlights of your portrait for the ultimate finish.
Every custom kit is complete and ready for use. Each kit is filled with Red Dot Design Award-winning ergonomic dotting pen, a splash-proof magnetic sorting tray and some eco-friendly putty to name a few. To remove the anxiety of running out of missing parts we have combined the use of the Swiss ABB robotic sorting lines with the manual sampling of spare parts to guarantee an extra 5% to 10% of spare drills for each color bag.
