A: Under current U.S. trade policy, packages valued under $800 are generally duty-free. Most of our orders fall within this limit. In the rare case that customs duties are charged, the recipient will be responsible for payment. This seldom happens for low-value packages.
A: Custom photo diamond paintings require manual production arrangement. Once production starts (within 24 hours after ordering), order cancellation is no longer accepted. If you wish to cancel, please contact customer service within 24 hours of placing your order.
A: Our canvas adopts high-definition printing technology, and the symbols are clear under normal conditions. If some areas are blurry due to individual printing problems, please contact customer service. We will provide electronic version symbol chart for reference or resend a new canvas.
